This version of Piladio contains 3 workout segments:

1. 15 Minutes of high intensity cardio kickboxing
2. 20 Minutes of Pilates mat work
3. 15 Minutes of high intensity cardio kickboxing

Each of these are great workouts on their own!





Using these three segments we have given you 5 amazing workouts!

The main workout is:

Kickbox Pilates
15 minutes of kickboxing followed by 20 minutes of Pilates. Then, if you have enough in you, we finish it off with another 15 minutes of kickboxing.


The other 4 workouts are:

1. Kickboxing - the 2 kickboxing segments back to back
2. Short Kickbox Pilates - 1 Kickboxing segment followed by 20 minutes of Pilates
3. Pilates - the 20 minute Pilates workout

and...

4. Cardio blast Piladio - for those up to the challenge - 30 minutes of kickboxing back to back followed by the Pilates segment


Now with one DVD, you have a workout for any amount of time!

Never get bored by alternating these 5 workouts into your routine!
